I just finished replacing one of my Zenon headlights on our 2004 S60 2.5T which was severly cracked by a rock - mucho deniro. Trying to find headlight covers to protect against this.

I know about the plastic film that can be applied over the headlight lense which will help prevent pitting but will little to protect against a rock. I'm looking for Lexan covers similar to waht is availabale for other makes.

I received part numbers from an aftermarket supplier who thinks that these are OEM parts from Volvo Europe (part numbers 8622736 & 8622978). Does anyone know anything about these or another aftermarket source?

id check on ebay...they are pretty inexpensive.
