Question Please...any ideas with whistling noise

03- Volvo S60 Turbo. Last week replaced the timing belt, transmission flush, all other flushes, new water pump. Picked car up and now makes a whistling noise when car starts & accelerates. Stops whistling after 20-30 mph. The Serpentine belt is now replaced. Still makes whistling noise or squirrels fighting under the hood. I was told it was probably the Turbo fan, etc. It whistles at start up 85% of the time, but not 100% consistently.
The car was quiet prior to getting any of this stuff replaced. I am new to this site and would appreciate any thoughts? Thx

Have you made sure all lines and hoses are connected?

Thanks for responding, it was taken in someplace so I am hoping that was checked out. When I took it back due to the noise they reassessed and told me it was the turbo. i have tried to take excellent care of this car and wonder if it normal for the turbo to take a turn for the worse after 118,000 miles.

My 2002 s60 (non turbo) did the same thing. It was the PCV breather box. It's located under the manifold, a little to the left. You can spray some starting fluid in that direction and if the engine revs up and the whistling stops that's it.
