S60 mpg gone terrible
Hello everyone, I'm a new member to the forum having just joined today, from Manchester in the UK. I'm hoping this is the right place that somebody can help me, and in turn I look forward to helping others with anything I have knowledge about. My S60 2013 D4 (163bhp 5cylinder) has developed a problem with how much MPG its delivering. It used to give a solid 50+mpg all the time, but now it's struggling to deliver 40mpg. I can tell when the car is doing a DPF regeneration, and even when it isn't doing one the MPG is very erratic. The car always used to idle at 0.1gph, but now it sits at 0.3gph. I love the car, but this issue is getting annoying and expensive. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Neil.
