Default Tons of issues... All related?

OK I have a 2001 s60 2.4t 88k miles.

Cluster is dead (Bought another one and it was dead too)
Drivers seat is dead
all windows are dead
climate controls are dead
sunroof is dead
locks are dead
Radio works!
horn works
steering wheel controls are dead
none of the buttons in the center dash work
Wipers don't work
Turn signals don't work
The tail lights didn't work but I messed with the switch a lot and they came on.

Computer codes
P1618
P0785
P1332
P0013
There was also a code for multi function switch unplugged (its not unplugged)

I looked around for a BCM thinking that was the issue but was unable to locate one...

Does the car run?
There will be a lot more codes but not ones a generic code reader can read. Those might be helpful.

Based off of DIY Roberts Video it sounds like and ignition switch. It looks like a relatively simple fix if that the issue. Probably be able to find a good pc at a salvage yard cheap. I would read the comments in his fix it video as well. It could be a computer issue but given what he has said and what you are saying strong hunch is the ignition switch.

Simple test is to start the car and then slowly turn the ignition back slightly to see if everything starts working.

Could be a CEM or another network issue. Gonna be a guessing game without the rest of the codes and VIDA to see what's working on the network.
