I currently have a 2012 Volvo S60 and prefer the way the 2014 S60 front bumper looks compared to the 2012. Is there any way to replace the bumper? I know that the lights would be tricky, but I think that besides that most of the internal components are the same between the two model years. I hope someone can answer my question.

 

Doing some searches around the net for the hardware that goes behind the bumper skin and I'm not seeing matching part numbers. I'm thinking that this swap might not be worth the time, effort and $$$.

Just one example, the rear support for the bumper would need to be replaced along with the skin:
