Default Volvo S60 T5 2.3T 2002 year stronger engine?

I have heard 2002 year 2.3T got stronger T5 engine, but does that means model year 2002 or cars that are build in 2002? Because MY2002 cars they made in 2001 Q3-Q4 too and my car is that and I want to know is my car too with stronger engine internals?

What do you mean by stronger? More powerful or more reliable?

For '02 the 2.4T low pressure turbo is considered the workhorse, bullet proof motor, while the T5 high pressure 2.3 is generally considered more repair prone. In addition, a T5 car is likely to have the active suspension which costs a ton of money to repair/replace.

Older T5 2.3T engine had bending rods problem if you plan tune them. Newer 2002+ don't have that problem because they have stronger internals. Now I just need to know what that 2002 means is it MY2002 and that means cars that are made in 2001 Q3/Q4 have too stronger internals or only cars that are build in 2002+?
