Exclamation While Installing subs, My Radio screen froze up

So, I was installing Subs in my 2012 Volvo S60 T5, and everything was going smoothly (despite the fact that there are like NO radio wiring diagrams online for my car). Well, when i was finished wiring the subs up. I played music through my car and just touched the wires of the speakers to the amp i just installed and it was working great! So i turned off the car and put all my tools up and put the factory amp (i tapped into the right and left speaker through the stock amp) back into place. Then i turned on the car again and no sound was coming through so i turned the car BACK off. Lol. and the power line came disconnected from the amp, so i spliced them back together again, but when i did, i seen a spark. I wasn't too worried about it, so i just continued. After i was done, I tried it again, but this time my radio Infotainment screen was frozen. I could control the climate settings, like they would still pop up on the screen. But when it came to selecting a different media device, i couldn't go to any other media inputs or anything. I tried unplugging the battery from the car for about twenty minutes, but that didn't do anything. I checked the fuses under the glove compartment on the passengers side and none of them seen blown. and i couldn't find a fuse to the amp anywhere. Like it wasn't in the manual at all. So i'm thinking it might be in the amp itself. I'm not really sure what to do. I'm kind of stuck. If anyone could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
