Default ABS and TRAC

I bought the car like this I just didnt know why it has been doing this. The Abs and traction control randomly will stop working and then come on again. I've been told that I might just need new rotors but wasnt for sure.
Thanks for the help

It's most likely your ABS module, it seems these are pretty common to stop working because the high heat. Have your speedo and odometer stopped at all?

Still probably The module, I don't see how changing the rotors would affect the ABS, seems like that would be just the brake light...but I don't know about thatfor sure. It looks like they're pretty easy to fix on your own if you have a soldering iron. I'm about to do mine.

Do you know why the rotors needing to be replaced would do that? that doesn't make sense to me...

Huh, well best of luck to you, I have also heard Matt does a great job, hopefully a new module will fix it (it should). Keep us updated on what happens

Swap the module for $60 (you can also find repair places on eBay). Don't bother trying to fix it yourself it's not worth the trouble. Your going to need a reverse Torx socket to remove it from the brake system (you can get that at Harbor Freight).
