I have a Turbo XS Type H-RFL. It is attached with the included Aluminum flange. I have it attached on my Upper IC pipe. Here are some pictures. Your person has no idea what they are talking about. Sorry to say that. HKS will work too. I like mine a lot.

I got it from another Volvo enthuisast at the PA meet this past August. I bought it for $125.00 and it came with the adapter a steel one and a aluminum one and the washers. I don't know if the steel one comes with it new. I bought this one used.

New I think they run about $200 something. Check Ebay and also just typical internet sites that would have these products.

I took them off my site, that is why they are probably not working.

No that is not cutom piping, that is the stock Upper IC Pipe. I just stripped it and polished it. I had a performance shop weld my BOV flange to my Upper IC Pipe. I used the included Aluminum flange, since my Upper IC pipe is made from Aluminum.

Yes the chip does increase boost. I went from 5-7PSI to 12PSI when I had my Speed Tuning ECU upgrade done. I love it, and it works great.

You can use a MBC, but I would rather have the ECU upgrade. It is a lot better.
