Hi all, new here and new to volvos. Never turned a wrench on a Volvo a day in my life other than replacing the subframe in a friends s70 so cut me some slack. Haha so, I just traded my dirtbike for a 99 s70 glt which the owner was selling because of a misfire, scanned it when I picked it up and ended up being a dead coil on #1 so I stopped at advance auto on the way home and bought one. Runs like a champ for its mileage (201000) but I noticed a lil bit of blue smoke out the exhaust at start up and only at start up. The car sat for a month so I'm wondering if maybe it could just be from sitting for so long, I've only driven it maybe a half of a mile since I brought it home so I can't say its from sitting because I haven't really been able to drive it. My research has pointed me towards pvc system or valve stem seals. Is this correct and should I start with the pvc system? Thanks in advance! 2.4L T
