Default Front Suspension

Long time since my last post. This car just will not stop. I don't know if its my luck or this car is just bullet proof. 165K and only a sensor has gone bad and that is it. My question is that with those miles should I not start thinking about struts? If so, what else is a good thing to change while changing the shocks? I did check for loose ball joints and worn bearings but all is good.
Thanks

You may not need struts/shocks. If the roads in your area are not bad you may not need them. Have you had the PCV system replaced? How about your timing belt?
