Default Fuel pump quick connection broken

Hello, I have a 2000 S70 GTL SE. I'm replacing the fuel pump, one of the quick connects will not come off. Think its damaged too much even if I did get it off. What are my options, anyway to splice? seems tough. replace the line? can it be done by snaking it somehow without taking the tank down. Also its the line to left if you are looking through the trunk, it has a strip of yellow tape on it. does it go to the filter? Thought it would be an easy fix,not so much

I usually use a door clip puller to pry those off. The line replacement isn't bad and taking the tank down is easy as well.
