How do you remove the roof trim without jacking it up?
The rubber coating on mine is peeling and I have access to two cars with good trim pieces.
How do you get them off without bending them all up?
I am assuming they pop off somehow cause they can't slide because they are curved.

They are not hard to get off but they do bend easy. They have clips under them, about every 10 inches. Four or 5 along the front and about 7 along the top. You can start by wedging something under the most foward bottom edge and pulling it up gently until it's loose. Then work your way up one at a time. The big thing is not to lift them to high until you have all the clips loose. Also, protect the paint and don't let them scratch the car when you get them loose.
Also, don't use a standard screw driver. I used a wood chisel because it was 3 times as wide. Also a puddy knife helps. Here is a link: https://volvoforums.com/forum/genera...e4/#post150672
