I have 1999 S70. The recall was never done on it for the Throttle Body Sensor, so I go in today to see about getting it done. The dealer tries to tell me my issue (all the dashboard lights that come on and put it into a false limp mode ) is something completely different than the recall. They then tell me I need a new computer on the system. Is this true or are they trying to scam me like other mechanics.

I found the answer and a solution that is more up my alley in costs.
