Red face No keys

I purchased a 2000 S70 at auction today. Is there anyway to get doors open also would like to check out and make sure will run before purchase of high dollar key. In real good shape, hate to crush but don't want to tie up bunch of $ on key if motor bad.

You need to get a key cut and programmed at the dealer.

I guess you didn't understand what I was asking I already KNOW about dealer and laser cut key and program vehicle 200 to 400 roughly, was just trying to find out from somebody that knows if can determine if high price of key and trailering to dealer was worth it. Key will end up more than paid for car. I guess I am asking is there anyway to hot wire the dang thing and check out before spending $ on key? Sounds fishy I'm sure but I have title and auction bill of sale probably a repo seeing as still has what appears to be personal items in car looking thru windows.

No. If there was, that would defeat the whole purpose of the immobilizer system.
