Default Rough ride

Hey all back again with another problem, as this semester at school draws to a close I find myself with a very rough ride. It is not only the sharp bumps that are annoying (I assume some fresh struts will quell this) it is an excess of vibration notably more on acceleration. I changed the front passenger wheel bearing a while back as it was bad and noticed a torn outer CV Boot after about 4-5 months of driving vibration had gotten noticeable. I changed the passenger axle last weekend not only because I was worried about imminent failure but also because I had heard some people talk about this curing their vibration problems. I replaced it with O'reilly's New Cv axle rather than a Reman'ed one and it failed to cure the vibration. I do plan on changing the other axle as the replacement was necked down to a different diameter and doesn't seem like a good idea to have axles of two different weights running at the same time, and eventually the other bearing as it has 100k more miles than its counterpart. So all you pros out there what all do I need to replace to gain a comfortable vibration free ride?
