Default rough ride in 855 wagon

I recently bought an used 850 turbo wagon (110k) , by looking at the service record, I believe this car has been well taken care, however I found the ride in this car is pretty rough, every time when I hit an bump or uneven surface the whole car feel so unsettle, especially the rear, it feel like falling apart !! ...... I hope you guys can help me to find out what can i do to improve it.

After more than an hour looking all around....here's what I see so far. The car appear to have new rear shock (oem), the front shocks is old but it does have new lower control arm replaced on both side, I checked for the front swaybar end link and they look alright. No sign of rust on any suspension parts. The tailgate of the car looks like in good conditions. All 4 tires are newly installed and I just balance them. The only worn bushing I found is the upper engine mount and I just order the replacement part.

what else should I look for to cure the rough ride ?

thanks

If the shocks look good than it could also be tires.
