Default S70 window rolls down but not back up

I have a '98 s70 and rolled down the passenger side window and when I went to roll it back up, it won't. I checked it again today and noticed that I hear a noise when I hit the master switch to go down but nothing to go back up. I tried the door switch it it didn't seem to make any noise either up or down. I don't have a electrical diagram or ever had to deal with this, any help is appreciated.

Pull the door panel and make sure it's getting power.

I had the same thing happen to me. I can't describe it exactly, but there are "rollers" that roll on a crisscrossing track. On mine, a roller got off track due to the plastic roller having a crack or something.

I normally advocate for getting in there doing a proper diagnosis, but given what I've seen on these cars, I can almost guarantee it's the master switch. Our's did exactly the same thing.

How I figured it out? In the process of pulling the master (driver's) window switch up and out, the back window started working (temporarily).
