How tough is it toi switch a T5 Auto to a Manual?? Also how much would it cost? thanks..

 

Probably cost anywhere from $1500 for maybe a used tranny and if you need to source the parts $3,000.

So I would say expect to spend about $3k minimum.

 

.............I would think that you would also require a new software program since the auto is currently configured for an automatic transmission. Don't lose sight of that small problem. Years ago (read: before autos had sophisticated computers) I changed a couple of G.M. autos from an automatic to a manual. These were Corvettes. Not much of a problem then to source used parts for the swap.
