Default Vibrating in gear on cold starts?

When it's cold outside my GLT idles louder than normal and vibrates more as soon as I put it in gear (automatic). It drives fine, starts right away, and everything else works great other than this small annoyance. As soon as I drive it for even 2 minutes it stops doing it. I've read engine mounts go bad, but this doesn't seem to be the problem. Any ideas?

I bought it about a month ago from a woman who was the original owner and took it to the dealer for EVERYTHING. I checked the records and everything looks up to date. Can you be more specific about "tune up"? The car runs perfectly if I leave it in park, it just vibrates more than usual when I put it in drive but don't actually drive.

Spark plugs, Fuel Filter,Throttle cleaning,Wires,Cap,Rotor.

You might also want to check the front engine mount on the right side of the car.

This morning my windshiled was frosted so I started the car and started scraping, within 20 seconds of starting the noise went away and it was fine. Is there something you listed that would go away so quickly? I'd like to give my mechanic something specific to look for because for him to hear what's happening I'd have to leave the car over night and that would be a huge pain for something that's not really a problem.

He can inspect all of the Above.

Does it make a squeeling noise at all?

If so have the timing belt and tensioners and idler looked at.

Update, I changed the timing belt, water pump and accessory belt and the noise went away. I have no idea why but it did.

The idler or tensioner pulley might have been bad.
