hi all hope i can get some help
i have a 02 s80 d5 and on start up its fine no smoke and in park if i hard throtel down still no smoke but if in d and drive it will below out smoke to the point that drivers behind will stop.
i thrashed it down the road the uther night and it seames to clear if you thrash it but on slow town driving its to bad to drive... any info please. would a blown intercooler cause this?
there is some wet oil around the top of the cooler and the top pipe has carbon build up the bottom is alittle wet with oil.no oil in air box..
lots of soot left on the road also when hard throttle is aplied but the soot dose clear after a thrash.....

 

no idears? good volvo forum this answers on how to fix a HEAD LIGHT BULB doh.... but not a real fault, oh well thanks anyway to the 50+ that looked at this post.
