Do you recommend synthetic oil?

I have a 2002 S80 T6 with 130,000 miles. Should I be using synthetic oil?

I recommend it.
I've no idea what mine had in it when I started at 180,000 miles.
My change interval is higher than the recommended 7500 miles.
