Default Interior A/C Fan Noise

Sorry if this was discussed earlier but I tried to search for the solutionbeforeentering this question and didn't find anything.

Here's my issue/question.When thefan speed is setanywhere below the 4th level, the fan sounds out ofbalance on the passenger side. After the 4th level, no fan noise is heard. How do I get access to this fan?

Working from the passenger side of the car:
1. Remove the front sill trim panel. Pull it straight up to remove.
2. Remove the soundproofing under the dash.
3. Remove the side panel from the centre console. Seat as far back as it can go, turn the retaining clips 1/4 of a turn, slide the panel backwards and remove.
4. Remove the glove box. Slide the two hooks on each side past the tabs. Remove the gas strut by pulling it straight out. Remove 10 screws, connector for glove box lighting, connector for footwell lighting and, at long last, the glove box.
5. Detach the drain hoses from the motor and filter housing and move to one side.
6. Detach the floor carpet at the front and fold it back.
7. Disconnect the connector on the blower motor.
8. Remove 5 screws, detach and remove the fan motor.

Thanks for the response, billofdurham. Is that all it is, sounds pretty easy.

Thanks again.
