Default I've lost it and can't find it.

Is anybody able to provide me with the manual on removing the Manifold from a 99 S80 T6? I used to have it but have lost it somewhere. I have to remove the manifold so that I can get to the ETM to clean it. Any help on this would be great.

You don't need to remove the manifold to get to the ETM.
Just remove the intercooler piping that goes to under the intake. Then you can get to the ETm to unscrew it and clean it.

The worse part is getting to the clamp on the throttle body. I use a short 1/4 extension and a 7MM socket.

Thanks for the help. Just so I know I am doing this right, I need to remove the following pipe (highlighted in neon blue) in the following picture and then I just have to feel around the ETM (highlighted in neon green) for the 4 bolts and undo? I suspect the big bolt there on the neon green part of the picture is the first bolt? If this is correct, fantastic. I will do try and do it tomorrow or if not enough time the weekend then.

The green is what needs to come off. The blue hose does not need to come off.
The hard plastic line that goes to the bottom of the throttle body is what needs to come off.

So I do not need to remove that pipe. Do I need to remove anything else except for the plug that goes into the ETM? Is it best to disconnect the battery negative? What if I didn't? The links I have seen describe sorta of what you need to do to get it out, but nothing in great detail. Also will I need a gasket once I remove the ETM?

I would disconnect the battery because you are working really close to the starter positive wire. You don't want to short to ground with the throttle body taking it out.

Yes you will need a new gasket.

If the ETM has never been removed you might need to take the starter to block bracket off. The wire from the ETM runs behind the bracket.

The ETM has been removed before as mine has a yellow sticker on it, meaning it's been changed over. Any idea what the gasket is called (i.e. ETM gasket)? Or do you have the part number that I will need to get another gasket for the ETM from the dealership?

8636753 is the part # for the throttle body gasket.
