Where in the world can I find a key fob case a 2004 S80? 5 button w/ a flip key. It is working fine, but he case is falling apart.

Don't think you can. I know for the earlier fobs you need the pin code that comes with them. Also there's information saying once they've been programmed for a cAR they can't be reprogrammed even with the pin. The actual key itself can be cut by anyone but must be coded to the car by the dealer.
