Hopefully, this is not the beginning of something. Picked up a 2010 new S80 V8. On way home the DSTC light started to come on. I took it in the next day and the computer codes were BCM-U043768 and dem-P096162. ultimately they changed a module. On the receipt the part number is 36001157-1 (control module). Also said DEM reload 30783153-7 and part number 30759648-6 (transmission oil). WAs this the ABS control module or something else? Something to be concerned about in a car with 22 miles on it?

Don't thing it was the ABS module. I wouldn't worry about it unless it repeats more than once within the next 6 months.

 

The DSTC is your wheel spin control, or traction control. I would not be to concerned as they fixed it promptly with out charge, it is a bit annoying though.
