Default Pillar Trim Removal

Theupholstery (fabric) on theleft side A Pillar trim (against the windshield)on 2000 s80 is peeling off. How is this removed? Can I pry it off somehow? I want to try and repair it.

Thanks

Default RE: Pillar Trim Removal

It pops off but there is a metal spring clip that goes between the panel and body. You will have to dig it out of the boy once the panel is removed. Also alot of times the clips break.

I tried to repair the peeling cloth on my passenger side a-pillar trim and
A. it looks terrible (epic fail)
B. the white plastic clips broke

Where can I find the plastic clips aftermarket or better yet the a-pillar trim (beige 99 S80 T6)? I found it once before at myswedishparts.com but before I could go back to actually order the part it disappeared from their site. After a search on this forum I found where someone ordered one from eEuroparts but I can't find it there either.

Obviously I could get it at the dealer but I'd rather not pay 1000% markup...
