Remove AC Compressor

Remove AC Compressor
I have a roaring noise comming from my AC compressor ('99 Volvo S80T6). I have taken it to a shop and they have vaccumed the system now I am going to take the compressor out of the car and replace the bearing to see if that will eliminate the noise.
Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the compressor?

If you're looking to replace the clutch bearing, you don't have to remove the compressor. Rent a puller set from Auto Zone and work through the wheel well folding up the inner fender plastic as you would when doing the timing belt.
If you're replacing the compressor, remove the 4 bolts holding it in and remove through the wheel well. You can't replace bearings inside the compressor.

yes I am replacing the clutch bearing. There is no room to work on the compressor through the inner fender especially using a puller. In my opinion there is no access to the compressor through the inner fender on an S80 T6. I had to pull the compressor to replace the bearing. My buddy who is a machinist made up a puller for me to pull the clutch. I was then able to use a generic puller to pull the pulley then I was able to use a press to press out the bearing. (NSK 35BD219DUK) ordered the bearing off Ebay
