Default subframe orings or lower control arm bushings?

Hi, I have a 2000 s80, w/ mostly left front clunk, it has 129k, In last 20 K,I did struts, seats, seat bearings, tie rods, sway bar links, still a clunk.

I am running out of stuff to ck/ swap? I am thinking subframe orings next. Frowm what I read so far, loosen a few cradel bolts, drop back ones, pry cradle down, slip in o ring. Is it this easy?
How common is the control arm bushing failure?
Thanks, Dave

Control arm bushings pretty common. I would check them first.
The o-rings aren't all that bad.
