s80 thermostat tube
I just got done with the 2002 s80 thermostat overflow tube.
as some of you know they break very easy when going to remove timing belt cover.
I drilled the old one out with a letter R drill and tapped the hole with a 1/8 pipe tap.
I used a 1/8 90deg compression fitting and about 1" piece of 1/4 tubing.
I did modify the cover as my pic shows as to put a hose clamp on it after cover was installed
