SERPENTINE DRIVE BELT CRACKING

The pulley should be fine.
How cold is it by you?
That might just be normal.
Did you drive it much after filling it?
If not it might purge some more when you drive it. Sometimes they will burp and the level will drop up to 3 to 4 times.

I drove it for about 60 miles and it's at the same level. Here in Southern California durning the day it goes up to 100 and at night drops to 60.
Once the belt is off ... how do I take off the tensioner pulley?

Okay. So is there a bolt in the center of the pulley? If not how do I take it off?
HEY! Tech can you tell me how to check the resistence on the speed sensor and where are they located?

Yes there is a bolt in the center.
For the sensor the front ones might plug in at the sensor if not find the plug usually under the hood. Unplug it and hook the OHM meter up to the sensor side and spin the wheel and make sure the ohm meter moves. As long as it moves the sensor should be fine. But if it doesn't move at all then the sensor is most likely bad.
