Volvo s80 1999 2.9 non turbo with 110 K Miles. And I see this message while driving "Stop Safely and Restart" 3 two 4 times in 2000 Miles drive. So today I decided to get gurus suggestions.

When it happens: Normally while driving on any speed less than 50 or some times while over 80 M/h. After having this message no changes come to the engine and every thing is normal even if the car is over 80 miles/h but if it is less than 50, it does shakes but very rarely.

No error codes on the display, my engines all seals are recently changed along new PCV box. Air filter is new, Engine works fine, new timing belt etc.

Any ideas why this pops out OR Shall I have to keep the diagnostic tool handy as soon this message appears does it gives the error code?

Note: The only error code I often see "Engine System, Service next" and I know this is because of my brake sensor does not work some time. But when I see the error " Stop Safely and Restart " normally there is no error except "Stop Safely and Restart"

Will appreciate to help to find the cause.
