Will my 1997 S90 engine directly replace a 1995 960 engine? I have found a 960 with a bad engine. So, I'm thinking about swapping my engine for the other and probably the transmission too.

Any thoughts/suggestions/etc?

I think you'll have to adapt the 'new' engine to the 'old' wiring harness and computer, because the 'new' one is a later generation of emissions controls.
