Looking for some help. I have a 2004 v90 with 140000 mi. Drove perfectly until driving home from the mall. With no warnning sign the vehicle would not go into any gear. Fluid is fine never had any transmission issues.
Any suggestions?
Want to know what to expect before taking it to the shop.

try rowing the shifter (park to lo to park 20x fast). Sometimes the PNP switch (park/neutral position sensor) can get contact issues and the computer thinks you're still in park. the shifter row may clean it up enough to make contact. At some point you may need to replace the switch.
