Default Slow down change up

Hi I'm receiving the Slow Down Change Up message. Diagnosis is showing faults jumping from one coil to another. It's not settling on a single coil. Plugs have been changed with no luck.

Is it worth changing all coils or could it be the ECU? Or something else maybe?
Thanks for your help.

Hi everyone
Further to this the problem has been diagnosed as an air leak from the crank ventilation system hose and the inlet manifold locking ring is damaged/ missing. I was informed I’d need to get a new manifold cover for around $1100 to fix this as the locking ring is only sold with the manifold cover.
Does anyone have any ideas on whether this part could be sourced?
Thanks
