my friend has this beautifull wagon and problem with trany.
It doesn't downshift from drive, 3, if shifted in L it is still performing weekly, i don't think it is in lowest gear.
Arrow in in instrument cluster is flashing.
Codes: P1057, P0602.
Fluid is light red, presence of air bubles.

Some local scumbag took money from her to replace computer and never came back.

Questions:
-where to get good manual ? don't have XP computer, only Vista
-does trany has it's own computer ? I found two computers in engine bay, but have no manual to know what is what...
- what are these codes ?
-anybody had same problem ?

You need to find out what the tranny codes are that are stored in the tranny ECU.
Right now it is in limp home mode.
