Default Charge air cooler hose removal

2004 V70R MANUAL TRANSMISSION

I'm replacing my A/C condenser and am having trouble removing the Charge Air Cooler hose, it seems to be very rigid and will not simply separate from the cooler.

Do I need to remove the other end of the hose (above the compressor), or do I just need to really pull on it?

Should I try heating it with a propane torch or hair dryer?

Thanks in advance for the help.

It is a plastic on plastic tube. You need to pull a little harder.
I usually push the pipe down almost like twisting it down to get it off.
