I was recently given a like new '04 v70. I really love this wagon...except for the speed. I really don't know much about cars and I have only a few grand for mods. I figured I probably couldn't just slap a turbo on it and have it compete with a v70R's 300hp. I'm not even sure if I could make any improvements with my budget. It is a great car though.

 

There would be wrote a bit that you would need to replace along with the ecm. It would be a costly upgrade that's for sure

 

I have the same issue! What is the biggest improvement I can make with 2500-3000$?
