Anyone else has problems with original painting ?

Within the last year I have had all the paint “washed” away from those exterior roof sides. I just went out side to take some pictures to better explain what I mean.

Can I claim Volvo to redo the painting or do I need to have it done myself ? The car is model 2001 V70 T5 with some Heico tuning.

That molding is grey on both my cars. Wonder if it came from the factory the same color as the car or did somebody paint it? I doubt if Volvo will do anything about it for a car that is five years old.

 

It comes from the Factory painted.

I doubt Volvo will repaint it for you. You can try but I don't think they will help you with it.
