Hello all,

My friend's 2015 XC60 experienced complete headlight failure in both lights. I don't really know too much about Volvo's, I'm a VW guy. I replaced the headlight fuse but that didn't fix the issue, is there a relay that could be at fault or any other common problems to be aware of?

Was the fuse that you replaced burned out? Which fuse box and number?

 

check fuses and relays. Are the headlights Xenons or standard halogens? Also see if the high beams work vs the low beams - on my 2000, they are on different circuits and relay paths with the low beam relay within the CEM.
