I just returned from local dealer and finally they replaced the whole circuit for lighting the Gear Shift.The problem started few months after buy(i noticed that the led light was not on in all shift positions and finally i did not had light at all on it.They replaced now and i hope that this will be the only problem.Car had less than 10.000 KM when stared the problem.

 

My xc60 has in on it's second gear **** for the same issue and the new one is now having the same issues...
