I have a 2019 XC60. It has less than 20k miles on it. I have not had any issues since I got it. Recently I was driving in local stop and go traffic and the car shut off completely while I was driving. The screen went black and a second later the whole car shut off. This has happened twice in one day. I went to get it serviced immediately after the issue occurred and they cannot figure out what it wrong with it. They have updated software and said everything appears fine from a mechanical point of view.

Has anyone else had this happen to them before? I am a little concerned & frustrated this will occur again and hesitant to drive the vehicle.

Yes, I had similar experience for 2023 Volvo XC60 yesterday 3 times in a single day, only thing my car was running but everything shutdown, no AC no volume, no screen display, can't restart using home button.
