hi tech,
if i am not mistaken the leak appears to be coming from a center piece on the engine oil cooler line. not metal. is this something i could get at any parts store. has metal clips at both ends? is this some special volvo size. Have a great day.

if u can remove the oil cooler and cleaned the corrosion off the holes where the o-rings and the pipe fits into would give u better seal when new o-rings and pipe are being installed. if not cleaned it may leak on u... hope that help
