Default Possible Repairs?

It seems as though I have sensor problems in both vehicles I own. As I read along, it appears that I don't have a camshaft actuator but that it is a Camshaft Position sensor on my wife's 2000 xc70. Is this true? Is this repair possible for someone that isn't mechanically inclined but does regular maintenance?

I also have a 95 960 that has a gear position sensor that's out. Could I do this one? I keep reading that it's on top of the transmission and some years of this vehicle you could reach it from under the hood.

ALSO, on the XC70 the passenger side headlight has blown 2 light bulbs and now doesn't even light one. I checked fuses and it doesn't seem to be that. Any suggestions?

Those repairs are pretty easy.
The Gear position sensor on the 960 is on the side of the tranny under the car.
