Default Steering/handling issue...

Trying to figure out a 'pulling' situation in our '07 XC70. Picked up this dealer demo with 6K miles in April...at highway speeds, the car pulls to the left, especially when the road crown is in that direction. This is our 5th Volvo since 2000 and my seventh overall and I have NEVER experienced this in any other. I got tennis elbow fighting this 'pull' while driving across seven states. Original dealer inspected and aligned, air pressures were checked, tires inspected...no change. 4000-mile trip later, different dealer can't come up with any answers. Did a ro-bal, no change. The really confusing part is that there are times that the car tracks straight as an arrow but then the slightest road crown or correction to the left causes the car to literally change lanes on its own(if I let it). Now, I wouldn't know a zero-scrub from a soft-scrub but I know this XC doesn't handle like any of the models we've had before(S40, V70, C70, new C70 since 2000). Car now has ~17,000 miles and is going back to the dealer, next week, for the fuel pump issue...anyone have any thoughts as to a cause for this mal-handling issue? Thanks! BTW, Scorpions were original...seem like a good set-up and car handles nicely otherwise.

Have the control arm bushings inspected.

I gave the problem some thought, and I couldn't come up with anything outside of the bushings too. If one of them is binding, twisted, or installed slightly cocked, it could cause the issue you are seeing. How are the front tires wearing overall?
