trans. fluid leak?

trans. fluid leak?
Our 2001 v70xc is leaking transmission fluid. It leaks somewhere below the turbocharger and leaks down the tranny (in the same spot where rear main seal would leak had it been bad). Are there any seals or gaskets there that can go bad?
