Turbo Leaking Oil

Turbo Leaking Oil
Hi everyone. I have a 99 XC with about 130,000 miles. The turbo, which I think has leaked a little oil for at least two years, has started to leak enough for it to be an issue for me. I assumed that it was the oil return line that was leaking, because I have read that it is a usual suspect for leaks. Upon inspection from below, it looks like the leak is not coming from the return line. I took the heat shield off the top, and thereappears to be a general wetness from oil near the turbo, but I cannot find the specific leak. I noticed that it looks like considerable amounts of oil are gettinginto thelarger diameter pipe/hoses that go to the intercooler/radiator (and I noticed that this was pretty oily when I changed theH2O radiator recently).
Are there any othercommon places for the turbo to leak?
Is it probable, particularly when there is oil getting into the pipeswhere theforced air goes, that the turbo is bad? (Frankly, Idon't drive the car that often, but I cannot think of the last time I felt the car get a "boost" duringaccellerationfrom the turbo.)
Thanks for your comments in advance!
