Hi Folks

I ve just replaced the windscreen wiper motor unit and just as I was fininshing the job, my wrench fell down behind the engine and got stuck on the upper part of the engine protector pan. m Managed to reach down and get it out.

BUT

I've now noticed that this plastic cable holder (about 12" long) is now loose and for the life of me cannot see where it should locate onto or what exactly it is.
Does anybody know what the single black wire is & how/where to reattach the cable bracket ?

PS i've got a RHD 2005 xc90.

 

On US models, it clips to the strut tower brace bracket (the silver part held down by two screws). The wire is the wheel speed sensor. It tucks into that plastic conduit.
