Default Rem Help fuse # 23

HI I'm having some problems with my 2007 xc90 4.4 L V8 AWD.
I was not getting power to fuse #23 to power the DEM so I removed the REM and sent it to XeMODeX to get the REM Repaired . XeMODeX benched tested the REM and they said the part was ok. Than they sent it back to me, I was wondering why the REM benched tested ok but when I reinstalled the REM I still don't have power to fuse #23.
Thanks for your help!

There is no law that says you cannot check all fuses . It may save you more sorrow ?

Checking all fuses is unnecessary. No point in checking a bunch of fuses that have nothing to do with the circuit.

Hi I checked the REM and I am getting 14 volts dc from the battery, but I'm not getting power to any of the fuses. I checked every fuse for continuity and they all checked out good.
Thanks for your help!

In 40 years of working on automobiles I have found it thorough to check all fuses while I am checking one fuse. You might find a bad fuse that feeds the circuit you are trying to repair or repair a device you did not know was bad .

So none of the fuses have power? How are you checking?

If you want to have a conversation , we can have a conversation . If you want to argue , find someone else .
I am suggesting to the OP it will or might help him to check all the fuses in the fuse panel to help diagnose his problem.
