Default Replacement of outer door moldings (sweeps)

Depending on which vendor you use they have different nomenclature in but I am referring to the outer molding outside the car at the bottom of the window as shown in the picture below. Do I need to remove the interior door paneling to get to any clips or can it be accessed through the gap when the window is all the way down it seems to be cheap chrome plated plastic so obviously very easy to break or bend. Any help would be appreciated!

A lot more simple than I thought and the drivers door is the worst because you have to remove the speaker cover and mirror while the other ones are literally a snap. The bad is the electrical wire running to the mirror is not long enough to let it hang down on the door like I was told they really only option is to tape it up on the windshield as pictured below to get it out-of-the-way. I noticed when putting it in you have to play with it back-and-forth to get it centered properly the most important area being the seal flap right behind the mirror if it’s two Far forward then the mirror will get in the way and unfortunately when you push the ceiling you’re not gonna be able to budget at all get in the way

Drivers tweeter speaker to access the bolt holding on the mirror

The only way I could figure out to hold the mirror up so I could clean underneath it

you’re not gonna be able to budge it at all
